So. I've been listening to Cry Me Out by Pixie Lott for the past hour. That's my song for I-don't-know-what-to-feel-but-I-have-a-feeling-shit's-gonna-go-south days. It's just...wow. Sec 3 . Tomorrow. Is this happening? Well yeah, if the facebook statuses are real. Everyone's all "sec 3, omg I feel old" and "aw man I don't wanna be sec 3!" and so on. It's not that I don't want to be sec 3. No, I just don't want to leave. See, the thing is, before this and after the class allocation came out, I pretty much forgot about us being promoted. Or at least pushed it into the dusty basement I call the back of my mind. And then here we are. Cold blast of water to the face, we're gonna be in upper sec tomorrow. 2010 wasn't the best year, I'll give you that, but it was the year I learned so much, went through shit, laughed, cried, dozens of other cliched-but-awesome things. Absence does not make the heart grow fonder, it makes the heart forget. And I really, really don't want to, and I don't want to be forgotten either. And oh God I don't know. Because at the same time I'm looking forward to leaving behind the crap, to a new beginning. Okay, new year's resolution #4. Be braver. I'm going to try to look at this positively. Am going to change the soundtrack of my day now. Oh hey another Pixie Lott song! Turn it up, turn it up, for the people that say, we're moving on and we'll be okay. & since I HAVE to end off on a light note because I can't stand being this angsty: Pixie Lott is awesomeeee. She can dance AND sing AND she's really pretty AND her legs are effing killer. Why is Justin Bieber more popular than her, seriouslay. 2:36 AM
