I do so hate it when people whine. Is hating a school because it gives a lot of homework really reasonable? I mean, sure, Cedar teaches stuff at an insanely fast pace (we're learning E Maths stuff at sec 2) but this teaching environment must do something right, because look at the majority of our seniors' awesome O-level results. Getting good results+doing homework well doesn't always automatically equal to hardcore mugger. Although, yeah, it often does. I don't know why I suddenly thought of this. I guess it's because I've heard about Cedarians hating Cedar a lot lately. I like it, personally. Sure, there are some parts I hate--like its total inflexibility, and the way they expect us to excel in everything, and the school's bias towards the sports CCAs. But still. Every school has its weaknesses. You want to slack--why don't you just go to some crap school then? I don't think anyone who's complained about the workload has considered that we're fucking lucky that the teachers push us so hard. You know why? Because if they didn't, what would we be doing? Wasting our time on admittedly fun things. And like I said, doing homework well and getting good results doesn't equal to no-life hardcore mugger. And if you still hate Cedar after thinking about this, then I don't have anything to say. Phew, okay, glad I got that out of my system. NOW I HAVE MORE SHIT TO RANT ABOUT, RAAAAAAAHHHH. My mum just does not get it. She thinks that staying back for an hour or two every day is enough to perfect a cheerleading routine. !@#$%^&*(@#^(*)&* Okay. I will calm down. Iwillcalmdowniwillcalmdowniwillcalmdown--- OH FUCKIT I CAN'T. She doesn't get it, I DON'T either. I want to work hard for cheer, and so does everyone. It's just for two weeks. We'll spend 18-20 years studying--what difference will two weeks make? I shall have to listen to Paramore and Cobra Starship on loop. Brick By Boring Brick and Hot Mess are my power songs for shitty days. Sheesh, such an angry post. I don't normally get this pissed.
