And I would have stayed up with you all night, had I known how to save a life. You guys know that movie Treasure Planet? No, I don't think you do; it came out in 2002, we were like five years old then. Anyway, I was going through the DVD drawer in search of something to watch and came across it. I fell in love with it instantly; it's freaking-ass awesome. It's like Pirates of the Carribean with a sci-fi twist. The main character is such an adorable little screwup. Think Cloud Strife, with a sensitive side :3 And you know which animation company made it? DISNEY. Yup, Disney, home of High School Musical. I can't believe it. Where did the awesomeness of the classic Disney films go? Anyway it used to be my brother's favourite movie. Now it's my favourite movie :D But I have a feeling it'll be replaced by Harry Potter+Deathly Hallows when it comes out. MOVING ON I like school so far, but our teachers are pretty boring. Oh well, I guess we'll get used to them. We got used to Mr Chen, didn't we? And now I miss him D: And Mr Lee (even though he doesn't remember me -pouts-) And Mr Chan (check with meteorologists worldwide; hell just froze over.) Mrs Jai rocks! The minute she came into class and started using sarcasm, I thought, "I like her already!" I can see why she's English HOD :) I guess she's kind of like Mr Lee, except she uses bigger words and craps less. She rocks. AAAAAARGH STOP USING THE WORDS AWESOME AND ROCKS D: Cherie's rubbing off on me. Change of topic. 2M's class name is...(drumroll please...if no drumroll then fanfare from the band girls also can...) 2 MERVEILLEUX! I Googled it during Lit. Don't forget who found the class name ;D Juuuuuust kidding. Or am I? :) I realised that I'm adapting faster to school life than I did before. In primary school, or even Sec 1, I'd take about a week to get my head out of the cute puffy little clouds that look like cotton candy and sometimes like sheep and other times like Elmo caught in a snowstrom--you get it. By the second day of Sec 2, I was already warmed up and ready for, erm, burning braincells. I guess Cedar does that to people. I just hope that I'm making the right choice by opting for Double Science and taking Lit. Back in primary school, I rocked at writing-nearly always top in composition. In Cedar? I NEVER manage to get an A1 for Lit. It's always just a painfully high A2. By 'painfully' I mean that I missed an A1 by, like, two marks. I guess I'm getting more competitive about writing and English because that's the only thing I'm 100% sure that I really really *really* rock at. And I that's why I'm obssesive about good English. That is what I think. I mean, if you're great in only one area, it'd be nice to be the best at it. Okay, blog posts always sap away my Internet time so BYE all :) 5:03 AM
