Hiya! Wow, I have a LOT to report, even though I just blogged on Wednesday. OK, so let's start with yesterday. That was pretty much the last outing I had for the hols. Rarrrrrrgh. I went to Sentosa with the WWW gang! =D Gosh, it feels like ages since we last had a gang reunion. Lawl, gang reunion. Don't get the wrong idea okay. Anyway, we had a slight problem when Yanen and I (I got a lift from her dad) couldn't find the rest. We'd planned to meet at Vivo. Then Yanen got a call from Grace and Zhiyi, and apparently they were at Subway. Neither Yanen nor I had the slightest clue where it was. Then we had to run around the entire place due to some extremely warped instructions from the other end of the phone. And so, to cut a long story short... We have an organisational problem. I mean, this always happens when we go out. When we'd all finally managed to meet, we went extreme window shopping. Forever 21 rocks my socks. So does Valerie's. Sadly I couldn't buy anything. Yanen and I wanted shades for Sentosa, but the only nice pairs we could find were like a hundred and fifteen bucks. So then we went to Sentosa, by the monorail. It was pretty much a waste of time. Though drawing in the sand was fun. We wanted to take the Sky Ride, but we didn't have enough cash. So off we went back to Vivo. We ate at the Kopitiam there. My root beer tasted like a cup of heaven after all that walking and tanning. I didn't get burned! My mother's wishes for a healthy skin tone in all her children might just be realized at last. Then Grace went off, and the rest of us shopped with Zhiyi and her mum. Halfway through Yanen, Shan and I went off upstairs to the other shops. Then Yanen and I went home, leaving Shan with Zhiyi and her mum. Sounds tiring to you? Guess what, I went to a barbecue nearly right after that. At my parents' friends' chalet. It was fuuuuun. Since it was the day before Father's Day, my mum (organizer of games) made all the dads play Twister. HAHAHAHAHA. My brother was in charge of spinning the instructions (left hand yellow, right hand green, etc) but it got boring after a while, so he was allowed to make his own instructions. He is one evil, evil little boy. -insert maniacal laugh- The games were seriously random. Like peeling beansprouts, face-painting, picking up beans with straws. Go Mum! XD Then after the games, the kids all went to a nearby bowling alley. The older children took a lane (Me, brother, another two sisters called Felicia and Amanda) and the younger kids took another. And you know what? My brother's love life has hope. It was like so freaking obvious? So obvious it was just about killing me and Felicia. (the younger sister, I think she's P6.) He kept throwing sideway glances at her older sis. We were watching him ;) Hope it comes to something! I'm not betting on it though. But that's probably because I'm an immediate family member of his. Anyway, if this keeps up-the sideway glancing thing, though they did have friendly conversation with each other-Felicia and I will just play matchmakers. Haha, yes, I'm a busybody. Guess I'd better not. He won't appreciate it, for one thing. I guess I'll just have to be content with telling him whether his hair's styled porperly whenever we meet up with that group. 1:35 AM
